Product Description

Coaxial cable used for internet is a radio frequency coaxial cable used in many applications that require the transfer of radio frequency energy from one point to another, such as in-building power distribution systems and various wireless communication systems. It features high-foamed polyethylene insulation technology to minimize signal loss and has excellent electrical properties such as low damping and reflection coefficient.

The cable carries current in the inner and outer conductors. These currents are equal and opposite, so all fields are confined within the cable, neither radiating nor picking up the signal. This means that the cable works by propagating electromagnetic waves inside the cable. Since there is no magnetic field outside the coaxial cable, it is not affected by nearby objects. Therefore, it is ideal for applications where the RF cable must be passed through or around buildings or in close proximity to many other objects.
