Coaxial cable consists of inner conductor, insulating medium, outer conductor and sheath (protective layer). The main performances are characteristic impedance, attenuation constant, temperature coefficient, loop resistance, shielding characteristic and minimum bending radius. The characteristic impedance of coaxial cable is related to the diameter of outer conductor, inner conductor and the relative dielectric constant of insulating medium. Attenuation constant of coaxial cable refers to the decibel of attenuation of unit length cable to RF signal. It is related to the structure size, dielectric constant and working frequency of coaxial cable. The normal temperature coefficient is 0.2% (DB) / ℃. The minimum bending radius is 6-10 times the cable diameter.
