1. The distance between the inverter and the motor should be as short as possible.
This reduces the ground capacitance of the cable and reduces the source of interference.
2. The control cable should be shielded. The power cable of Helep inverter should be shielded or the whole converter to the motor should be shielded by threading pipe.
3. Motor cables shall be wired independently from other cables, with a minimum distance of 500mm.
At the same time, the motor cable should avoid running parallel with other cables for a long distance, so as to reduce the frequency converter output voltage rapid change caused by electromagnetic interference.
If the control cable and the power cable are crossed, they should be crossed at 90 degree angles as far as possible.
The analog signal lines associated with the frequency converter run separately from the main return route, even in the control cabinet.
4. The analog signal cables related to the frequency converter should be shielded twisted pair cables, and the power cables should be shielded three-core cables (whose specifications are larger than those of ordinary motors) or follow the user manual of the frequency converter.
Control circuit

Grounding of frequency converter
The correct grounding of frequency converter is an important means to improve system stability and suppress noise.
The smaller the grounding resistance of the grounding terminal of the frequency converter is, the better. The cross section of the grounding conductor is not less than 4mm and the length is not more than 5m.
The grounding of frequency converter should be separated from the connecting point of power equipment.
One end of the shielding layer of the signal line is connected to the ground end of the frequency converter, and the other end is floating.
The inverter and the control cabinet are electrically connected.
